LedgerPropel, LLC ("LedgerPropel," "we," "us") provides accounting and controller services for digital advertising companies. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose. Clarity is the whole point of our firm.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data:
- Consultation requests. When you book a consultation, we collect your name, work email, company name, role, annual revenue range, and a description of your current accounting setup.
- Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log basic information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
This website does not ask for, and you should not submit through it, any financial account credentials, tax identification numbers, or client financial records. Financial data is exchanged only within an active engagement, through secure channels we agree on together.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request and evaluate whether we are the right fit for your company.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to: one email per month, and nothing else.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this website work, and only so they can perform services for us: our website host (Cloudflare), our form-handling and scheduling tools, our email newsletter provider, and our analytics provider. Each processes your information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and newsletter emails for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat data protection the way we treat accounting: conservatively.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
